Beaman Memorial Hall

The Beaman Memorial Hall is the perfect place to hold that family reunion, graduation or wedding reception, a meeting, or any other kind of event.  Reservations can be made by filling out this Beaman Memorial Hall Rental Application  or by downloading the application below and submitting it to the City Clerk at beamanclerk@heartofiowa.net .  Rental rates are $100 per event and if you need to set up the night before there is an additional $25 fee.  A deposit is also required as stated in the application.  You can also call city hall at 641-366-2894 to visit with the city clerk about available dates. 

Hall Information

Located at 215 Main Street in Beaman Iowa.   Tables, chairs, and supplies to accomodate 250 people.  Full kitchen inlcuding two sinks, two electric stoves with ovens, industrial dishwasher, restrooms, and HVAC. Large area to set up for dance floor or displays.
